Jeux France got four new scans from the current Shonen Jump on-line. The article contains to a large extent Screenshots, which already admits from the last V-Jump Scans is.

There was screen shot, which showed Yuffie for the first time in the Japanese Shonen Jump. However only from the rear. Now there is a scans which show further pictures of Yuffie, In addition the article offers some new information to the missions..There is also another image of the great hero Zack.

Courtesy of Japanese magazines Famitsu, Gemaga and Dengeki we are able to learn some new, and recap on already know facts of the title currently in development for the Sony PSP.
- The game is currently 90% complete, with the team already working on cutting down unnecessary data for it to be able to fit the UMD disk capacity. With the game said to consist of 30 hours gameplay as standard, and upwards of 100 hours of game time for full completion!
- Details of the special addition package which is highly anticipated shall be announced soon, with detailed information expected as to what we will be getting.
- The events of Crisis Core and Before Crisis Overlap each other.
- Combined Materia which has been coupled together can form completely new types of materia through this method!
- Parts of the Crisis Core Soundtrack are based on those seen in the original Final Fantasy VII title.
- Sephiroth shall be interpreted more so as a human and show his true personality.
Crisis Core is due for release August 13th in Japan, no news of an English release date have been confirmed currently.

Finally, we receive word of an official release date for Square Enix’s hugely anticipated PSP title,Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII! Of course, this is the Japanese release and they will be playing the game come August 2nd 2007 if all goes well! So PAL and NTSC gamers should hopefully be playing it Q4 2007, and PAL just in time for Christmas hopefully. Stay tuned for updates on that however.

Official Crisis Core Site Opens

Today Square Enix have opened the official page to their title, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. With areas such as Wallpaper downloads, which include wallpapers for your PSP, character biographies and a story summary it’s looking great so far. Also, with some great sound effects and background music.

Gamaga Info: Crisis Core 75% Complete

From the upcoming May issue of the Gamaga magazine, information regarding Crisis Core becomes apparent yet again, they are as follows…
- Development is said to be 75% complete.
- There is also some information on the trailer that will be shown at Jump Festa; it will include a lot of completely new content, and some of the other scenes will have been changed completely. It will also be the longest Crisis Core trailer so far.
- Genesis is a character who specializes in magic, and fights with a sword that has a red blade. He uses a combination of magic and sword skill to fight.
- The Turk’s designs are the same as their designs in Before Crisis. Reno doesn’t have his ponytail, and Rude doesn’t have any facial hair, and has fewer piercings.
- At the time of Crisis Core, SOLDIER was organized differently, and was seperate from the army that Heidegger controls.
- There will be a wide variety of materia. Materia can be both found and synthesized (as in Before Crisis), though the synthization method wasn’t explained.
- After you’ve obtained enough experience and exceeded the specific value for leveling up, you will level up via the reel system.
